Brand voice and several sites

Brand voice
The brand voice tells the writer how your site sounds: tone, reading level, sentence length, how you use lists and headings, words you do or don't use.
- Write your own when you add or edit a site. A few sentences are enough, for example "Friendly and plain. Short sentences. Speak to home gardeners, not professionals. Use metric units." Ranknera keeps what you write.
- Or leave it blank and Ranknera reads your recent posts and writes one for you. Read it on the site's card and edit it if it's off.
- Re-read site on the site's card reads your posts again (for internal links) and works out the voice again, replacing the current one.
Several sites
Add as many WordPress sites as you run under Sites. Each has its own keywords, articles, brand voice, competitors, Autopilot settings and Search Console connection. Choose the site at the top of the dashboard (or on the Sites tab in the phone app); every page then shows that site. Your plan's monthly allowance is shared across all your sites.
Tell search engines about new articles
Under the site's settings you can turn on IndexNow, which tells Bing and other search engines the moment an article goes live. It needs a small key file on your site; the settings show the exact address and contents to use.
