Questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card. Sign up with your email address and you can write 3 articles a month.
- What counts as an article?
- Each article Ranknera writes counts, whether you publish it or not. A topic cluster counts each of its articles. Sending an article to WordPress again after a failed save doesn't count again.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- New articles wait until your allowance starts again on the 1st of the month. Nothing is deleted, and Ranknera tells you how many you have left before a run starts.
- Will Ranknera publish without me?
- Only if you choose that. By default every article is saved to WordPress as a draft for you to approve, and an article that doesn't pass the quality check always waits for you.
- Can I use it on several sites?
- Free and Pro include 1 WordPress site, Autopilot includes 3. Your monthly articles are shared across your sites.
- How do I move to Pro or Autopilot?
- Start on Free, then email [email protected] and we'll move your account. Online checkout is coming.
- Are the articles mine?
- Yes. Articles saved to your WordPress are yours and stay there, whatever happens to your Ranknera account.
