The Ranknera phone app
Updated October 23, 2026
The Ranknera app for iPhone keeps you in touch with your sites when you're away from your desk. Sign in with the same account as the dashboard. The app is in testing and not yet on the App Store.
What you can do in the app
- Home: what needs you, recent articles, how your articles are performing, and Autopilot at a glance.
- Keywords: add keywords, run the next one, retry a failed one.
- Articles: read an article with its score, approve one that needs review (Approve and save to WordPress), and use Publish again when WordPress didn't save it.
- Sites: switch sites, test a WordPress connection, see whether Search Console is connected.
- Settings: alerts, your plan's usage, and deleting your account.
Adding or editing a site, connecting Search Console and changing Autopilot's settings happen in the dashboard, where pasting passwords and signing in to Google is easier.
Alerts
- Drafts ready
- An article was saved to WordPress or published.
- Needs you
- A run failed, an article needs your review, or WordPress didn't save one.
- Search Console
- Google stopped sharing a site's Search Console data, so it needs reconnecting.
Mute any of them in Settings; the choice applies to every phone you're signed in on. If alerts don't arrive at all, check that notifications are on for Ranknera in your phone's Settings.
No connection
Without a connection the app shows what it last loaded and says so. Actions wait until you're back online.
